This guy has the only known BETA copy of the game. Fully a beta. NO DEMO.
He is very stingy and said he is NOT going to release it. Why? Greed. he probably thinks he might be able to make some money off of it.

I don't think it's going to look good pressuring him to release it. He owns it / has permission (hopefully) to have it and show a video of it. just be glad that he made a video, maybe even asking him nicely to show all of the beta stuff.
Yes it can be a bummer that he's not releasing it but maybe he has reasons. but forcing someone to release the beta would just annoy them. Who knows, maybe one day he will upload it? That's what happened with the Alpha of Half life.
