I have used Microsoft Windows my whole life. I've tried to use Linux (Ubuntu, OpenSUSE) before, but I have always found it much more difficult to do things and ended up returning back to Windows 7 within a week. Since Windows 8 came out, I tried it and I found that it wasn't unbearable, but I'm really not a fan unless it's running on a tablet. Because of this, I've been think about making the switch to Linux more and more lately, and I was wondering what is a good Linux distro for someone to start out with who has used Windows their whole life. Also, how hard will it be for someone who is very experienced with DOS to adjust to the Linux command line? Thanks in advance!
