Windows Blue will continue to use the Start Screen and the Modern UI, as Microsoft has no intention to bring back the Start button on the Windows platform.

Of course not... Why would they bring back a more than 15 year old concept? The new Start Screen and the Modern UI concept is gorgeous, the Start menu is just... a mess. I'm not saying the Start menu is worse (but I really prefer the Start Screen instead, much cleaner). I'm just saying that the Start Screen is different, and does not provide any advantages or disadvantages at all, because all the start menu functions are still there. Like all changes, people hate them. But like what happened with 7 (which IMHO was a Vista rebrand pretty much), people will end up used to it. I'm already liking the start screen, and there's no way in hell I would install those start menu emulators floating around the interwebz :/
