If anyone is interested, here is a recovery disc for Sony Vaio model PCV-E205. It came with Windows 98 FE along with Vaio Space II, a dvd-video player and Outlook 98.
There is also a lot of video and photo editing software on it.

Here are the instructions to install on a non Vaio PC.
1. Partition the hard drive with fat 32 and format with a windows 98 boot disk.
2. Boot with a windows 98 live cd.

3. Once booted you need a program called KCAP.EXE to put on the hard drive that your installing the recovery disc.

4. Insert recovery disc two and go to run and type "C:\KCAP.EXE Y:\IMAGE\SONY1.PAC C:\"
This will take along time and does not provide a progress percentage. You need to make sure that once you see the cd-rom drive and hard drive doing no more activity you'll know it will be done otherwise you'll mess up the process.
5. Once you're sure the process is done insert the recovery disc one and go back to run and type "C:\KCAP.EXE Y:\IMAGE\SONY2.PAC C:\"
The same process applies so make sure it is completely done.
6. Once done type at run "C:\KCAP.EXE Y:\IMAGE\SONY3.PAC C:\"
The last one will not take long since it is a small file.
7. Clear out whats in the autoexec.bat and config.sys files on the hard drive with notepad so that it will not disrupt the first time boot process with incompatible hardware.
8. Take out any discs and reboot the computer and if all goes well it should boot into Windows 98. Any Windows 98 FE product key will work. Make sure all plug and play drivers load and will go to desktop before rebooting and then you can install the drivers needed for your particular machine.
