SFTP Restrict folder access

I currently have a personal SFTP server setup on Linux Mint. I would like to allow a few other users to have access to it but not access to every folder on the machine.
Does anyone know how to easily block access up the directories?

I searched online but haven't been able to get any suggestions to work yet...

Any help is appreciated!
