Windows 7 7022 ISO Problem

I downloaded Windows 7 build 7022 from the FTP. The .RAR seemed to to be corrupt so I tried to extract it to check it. The ISO completes at just 30% of the RAR. When I checked it, the install.wim was missing.

I have two questions:
1. Why was the .RAR corrupted? I frequently stop and resume my downloads in FZ (due to power cuts and slow internet connection) so this might be the problem.

2. How can I prevent this from happening in the future.
