Before you ask if someone will review your website let the W3C validator review it...

And don't say alt tags aren't needed for images... In my opinion they do... Search engines uses them for indexing and when an image is not shown (not alway because it could not be found on the server but some people turn off images on websites while like mobile browsing) it shows the alt text.
But about the website itself...
Simple design, I like that... but...
The header part is too big in my opinion... as it seams now it are two headers... The one to the homepage (although there is a home button all the time) and the banner underneath it.
Don't know if I like the navigator part all the way on top but that's a style thing you have to decide yourself and if you like it... keep it.
Advertising on a website is O.K. but not with this less content! And two ad blocks is just too many. It now is more a website for ads then for content.
When finished with W3C, optimize your code! Although bandwidth is not a problem anymore these days in my opinion it actually still is important to clean useless parts and make the code smaller and cleaner.
- I see loads of div's without any content.
- Indent your code... Now some things are indented and some aren't.
- Put your CSS in a CSS file or at least put them together and cut the CSS part from the body to the head. The CSS placed in the body works but code-wise it looks awful.
Don't take this personally but you asked for reviews yourself... in my opinion this is just another page with download links to items which are widely spread on the internet and again without any good reason to return to.
