My roommate uses Netflix and we both pay for the net.
Sadly, netflix takes ALOT of bandwidth and whenever she uses it, the internet goes super slow for me. PAINFULLY slow. But i cant simply tell her she cant use it.
She uses it on PS3. I need a way to 100% block it from a router, so she cant stream it.
