Hi everyone. I've recently bought a Compaq C120 palmtop running the first version of Windows CE, and would like to have a go at writing some software for it some time... I know Visual Studio supports it, but I'm not clear as to what version of VS, and what documentation there is. If I can get anything done, I'll be writing on an old laptop I've got running Windows XP (I haven't got anything that'll run NT4 right now, even though that's actually my favourite OS), and will be putting anything I do onto a CF card and loading it onto the palmtop via a PCMCIA adapter.
Also, are there any things that actually run on CE itself? I'm not expecting anything more powerful than an implementation of BASIC, but any way of writing software on the thing directly would rock.
