[Issue] BD-RE (CD) drive keeps dissaperring.

I have an issue where the BD-RE (CD) drive keeps disappearing from My Computer. Restarting the PC fixes the issue. After awhile it will disappear again. I need a permanent fix.
Specs:
OS: Windows 8 x64 (Also happened with Windows 7)
Ram: 4 GB
HD: 232 GB (11.1 GB Free)
Disk Drive: Supports Blu-ray and multi-layer disks (8.5 GB)
