I have Gran Turismo 2000, but what I'm looking for is the Gran Turismo Test drive, but I've had no luck finding it
MattJ155 (the guy who posts the GT Test Drive build video) has the disc and edward_v12 (a Gran Turismo collector active in Assemblergames and to lesser extent, GTPlanet) has it too (in fact, he collects everything related to Gran Turismo).
Some of PS2 tech demo mash-ups released around 1999. GT2000 can be seen around 0:10-0:16. (Oh, and the girl is Ai Fu.kami from Ridge Racer V)

I have ISOs containg two beta/demo builds of GT2, by the way. As a part of project work in GTPlanet, I and some other guys (RandomCarGuy17 and Xenn) also digged beta things in these builds of GT2.
