Why in the name of all that is holy would you have two 2GB each files on the server if they are unusable?
Chances are the client changed very little since beta.After all, the beta was held only a month or two before release.
Unusable? If you don't care about Betas, why are you even a member of BetaArchive? The whole idea of this site is to preserve and discuss betas and abandonware, if you think thats a waste of time, and believe that something shouldn't be included just because you think that very little has changed since the beta, and you can't play it.
Sorry but obviously you misunderstood me.
Sure, the point of betas is to preserve it, i understand it.
But the only change the beta had to final was the logo and game size.
Nothing else. I use betas all the time.
My laptop has Windows Neptune installed.
I was just saying, if the only change is simply the menu, and its not even playable or usable, whats the point of wasting 1GB?
This is true as well for the Sims 3 "beta" thats on the FTP.
This "Beta" has pretty much no differences aside from a different launcher, yet, they decided to waste 6GB for it.
This is a total of 10GB Wasted.
