Memphis builds 1434 & 1500 (June 1997)
So I translated the whole article about these two builds, because they are currently unavaliable for collectors, so that you can get a better idea what they were like.

In the beginning, it says that after all these "ilegal" builds it's the first official beta directly from Microsoft. It's already called Windows 98.
The first paragraph "Čeština zatím není to pravé" talks about problems with Czech codepage.
The second paragraph "A co nového" talks mainly about internet features, but also mentions supported hardware features like USB and ACPI.
The third paragraph "FAT32 ano, nebo ne" talks about problems and improvements with the new FAT32 filesystem.
The fourth paragraph "Chodí, nechodí" talks about problems with compatibility and if it's better to wait for Windows NT5.
