Wiki version updated

The Wiki has been updated to the latest MediaWiki version. We were running an incredibly old version so please let me know if the upgrade has worked properly and report ANY issues please, as these will need looking at. I have a full backup should we need to revert back. Any changes to the newly updated one will be lost if I need to do this so take note please.
