Looking for an old program called Starbits, and, as far as I know, the last version was 7.3. Sort of a starfield generator, the site went offline around 2 or 3 years ago.
if you are trying to make star fields, there is a 2d Stargen [16 bit exe] or NBOS Astrosynth - you can get from Drive Thru RPG
