I worked hard on 4084 until I discovered what is wrong, I correctly repacked it and the installation now works, it is CMD based due to many 4084-related bugs, anyways, I'll post the link here later.
NOTE: The repack is completely legit! It uses only stuff from MS, no additional things and it even asks for a product key!
