Cannot install Windows 2000 on a Dell GX270

I get past the loading files (text mode) and I a BSOD
The Stop code is

INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE


Had this issue with XP but the same solution for XP did not work in 2000

Is it possible to install Windows 2000 from inside windows XP?. I want a clean install
