I'm curious where did you hear or read that?
Someone on youtube was adamant that its gonna leak soon, But i couldn't get source, Maybe its because 1.5 got released people got there hopes up, But someone said 3.5 will never leak as it was probably just on some devkit at capcom one time as it wasn't a big game.
