What trouble can i get in for using and downloading Windows

Hello Everybody.

I am a youtube tech reviewer. I know that Microsoft wont allow usage, downloading etc of the Windows Blue 8.1 builds because the OS is not yet released. But if i downloaded and reviewed an early build of a released version of windows such as Windows 8 7850 would Microsoft care? What i am really worried about is blocking my YouTube channel, Removing my video etc as these thing remove "Good-Standing" status on YouTube.
