Time Difference

Hello,

I notice that the posts on forum are mostly 1h ahead of my time. I'm located in Bangkok Thailand and set the Timezone to UTC +7h which is correct. I also had un-check Summertime because we didn't use that in Thailand!

So question: Why those difference of 1h?
