You could try this:
- Open Control Panel > Power Options > Change Plan setings > Change advanced power settings > USB settings
> USB sellective suspend setting > DISABLED
- Afterwards, deinstall the erroneous devices in the device manager and reboot
If that doesn't work try disabling the High Precision Event Timer (HPET) in the BIOS...
