In 2012, I did a Windows Virtual PC of Microsoft's MS-DOS 6.22 and Windows 3.11 running on Windows 7.
This video shows a quick viewlet on my virtual Windows 3.11 setup.
Have you tried out Windows 3.11 yet? If so, grab a copy of MS-DOS 6.22 and Windows 3.11 from the FTP Servers and run it on your Windows 7 Machine with Windows Virtual PC installed.
