The Alpha 2 release is done. Tommorow I'll test it on a Windows XP system and if it'll work properly, I'll release it on the Christmas Eve day.

I fixed several bugs, and the Alpha 2 is ready to be released.

* Redesigned Local mode UI

-Changed default font to Tahoma and FlatAppearance button settings
* Init module no longer closes the program when it detects wrong default working mode property
(it opens a fallback working mode choice dialog instead)
* Navigation to entered address possible only by using Return key
* Local mode totally disabled when MExplorer is running on Windows NT 5.2 or lower
