So i'm hosting my website at Hourb.com now for a couple years, It was serving my needs until i brought up an uploader. Now the catch is because Hourb is hosting for me, I can't reach the php.ini and change the Max_File_Size, which is capped at 8MB. Asking them to change it will do nothing but endless waiting. (As i've tried before) Is there any way to go around this? Like around the 8mb cap.
NOTE: I do not script PHP, HTML/HTML5.

Right i forgot to mention that lol. .htaaccess says :# Do not remove this line or mod_rewrite rules and search engine friendly URLs will stop workingRewriteBase /
