Bad Piggies problem on Windows 7

So, I installed Bad Piggies and activated it on Windows 7. Then, I installed CCleaner and let it fix any problems it found. Now, my Bad Piggies is corrupted in a weird sort of way. Can anyone help me with this?

I am running Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 x64 on a Core i5-2430M at 2.4 GHz with 8GB of RAM.
I tried to repair it and reinstall it, but it is still corrupted like that!
