Developed by Hi Tech Games, the Game is based on Howie Mandals Bobbys World, a popular cartoon show that ran from 1990-1998. The game was to be released in 1995 for SNES, but the developer closed before the project was released. The game is fully complete and functional, able to play from beginning to end.

This is very fun. Been playing with it now for a bit. Good platform game. Shame it got canned.
