I looked at the picture that was posted, and I saw nothing in there that had anything to do with any beta build of Windows 7. I didn't even see any build number on the desktop, let alone the full build tag. Also, it seems to me to be much more likely that the copy of Internet Explorer was using a theme rather than anything that is really beta-related apart from mere appearance.
