Fixing 5048 theme aero off /on resources
On the first picture:

Aero is turned off - but start menu is transparent
on the second picture:

But when Aero is turned on - start menu isn't transparent !!!
My question is: it is possible start menu to be transparent when aero is on, and non-transpared when aero is off?
