So you mean to say that they basically used the same command interpreter from DOS, and then later replaced it with CMD.EXE? That was what I had first suspected, but seeing as this is apparently some sort of early pre-release build of OS/2 (from what several people here have said), I decided to ask anyway.
I'm still interested to know when COMMAND.COM was actually replaced by CMD.EXE, though. It would be even more interesting if we ever received a copy of the build itself.
